Ok this is the deal. I was asked to pick a friend up at a motel. So I went to pick him up. I went inside and he was not there so i went back outside. When I came out of the door there was a group of Police on there way to that room. I did not have a beer or anything in hand. I was asked if i had been drinking and said no. I didnt get a sobriety test or breathorliser. Needless to say the police officer gave me a citation for MIP and MIC. Because I had access to the beer. I am 20 and live in Webster TX, and dont have the funds for a expencive lawyer. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
Also I have my arranment on Dec 20th.
I have a pretty clean record. Had speeding ticks but got dismissed and the only thing that would look bad on my record is a Expired Inspection sticker

I found her before they went in. She says she wants to make things work with me and I know I have not been a perfect husband. (No cheating) She still communicates with this person and says they are just friends and is going to stop all communication but is going to as her feelings subside. She wants to go to counceling and because of kids and family make us work. My heart tells me to help her through this and be patient because I do love her, But my head tells me to get the hell out and let the kids deal with all it comes with. I stayed the weekend at motel 6 in Salt Lake City, and found 3 loaded syringes in my room on the final night. One was located on the floor behind the door. I complained to management and they only offered to refund the final night.

That means I slept 4 nights in a hotel room with syringes. Who knows what was in the syringes, and who knows if there were more. What if they were in my bed? What if my 5 year old nephew found them before I did?

I think it is totally unacceptable, and at the very least should receive a full refund for the entire 4 night stay.

What should I do? Can I contest the charges on my credit card bill? I filed a complaint with the area office, but they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. Am I responsible for searching my room for syringes when I check into a hotel?

I think I should just throw her out. Nobody likes a snoop. Besides her sister just got a boob job and looks really hot. So should I forgive her for snooping or throw her out? Shes not even my wife, we just tell people that. So its no big deal. I cant stand snoops.
