Presidential suites you will have to talk to the reservations department at the actual hotel. A front line associate will not be able to rent it out usually.
As far as a birthday discount, not really. They’ll have packages which are usually good deals, but if you’re going to get the presidential suite, you’re gonna pay a LOT. Just FYI.
