Stay at one of the inns across from the Disney Parks on Harbor Blvd. They are much cheaper and very accomodating to families. My favourites are the Candy Cane Inn and the Carousel Inn and Suites.

You might either want to call around or check with websites like expedia or travelocity. You just have to shop around to find the best deals.
