My best luck was Vegas.com. They are even better than the hotels own web sites. What you should do though is go to three sources such as orbitz, expedia and travelocity as well as vegas.com. Compare the prices. You would be amazed how much money you save if you get three bids.
You can try hotwire.com for it. I got a pretty good deal booking my Florida vacation last year, 4 nights hotel plus a round trip ticket for only $300 something.
has great hotel deals. you’ll need to buy transportation separately although given southwest and america west’s dominance of the market, it is pretty easy to find some decent deals.
I’ve found the BEST deal on - it’s thru US Airways, and they’ve come in $500 less than anyone else - expedia, orbitz, and even separate airlines & hotels’ websites.
I usually try to book my flight and hotel separately. Is Southwest serves your city, they will usually have the best flight price. I can fly to/from Pittsburgh, Pa., for $200 or less.
I book my rooms directly through the hotel’s website. The only way to get the room cheaper is to use a site like Priceline or Hotwire. The drawback is that to get the best price on those sites, you can’t pick the exact hotel you want. I like to pick where I’m staying.
