Whats the best travel deals from Virginia to Penn?

I plan on taking a one way trip from the state of Virginia to Pennsylvania..there’s no real set time that I’m leaving
however I’m more than likely leaving from Norfolk Va to Philadelphia,PA

and I’m on a really low budget of 100 dollars.

whats the best air/bus/train method?

   It’s only a short jaunt. You could do it on a bicycle. Or rent a car with a drop off at Philly. or put a want ad for a shared cost ride, or put a ad on a college bulletin board. Use your imagination.
